Privacy.

• Your name and email address when you book an event, buy a reading, or join the mailing list.
• What you bought, when you bought it, and what you paid, so we can deliver it and keep proper records.
• Basic technical information the site and its hosting platform record, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
• Anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve the site.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, only the confirmation that a payment succeeded and the name and email attached to it.

• To deliver what you bought: your access email, your event confirmation, your booking details.
• To run events: knowing who is coming and how to reach them if a date changes.
• To send you emails you asked for, such as Deep Dive releases and newsletters.
• To keep accounting records and to prevent fraud or misuse of the store.

Only the services that make the store work: Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Vimeo for video hosting, and the platform that hosts this site and its database. Our own internal sheets used to manage registrations are admin-only. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Booking and purchase records are kept as long as needed to give you access to what you bought and to meet accounting obligations. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Email dbt@in2it.fit to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Every mailing list email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops that email immediately. You can also ask us to stop using your booking email for anything other than the event itself.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to work and to complete checkout, plus anonymous usage statistics. Our services are meant for adults: if you are under 18, please do not buy a reading or book an event.
